Our red wattle heritage breed pigs yield some of the most flavorful meats available. Pasture raised, they are rotated to fresh pasture and forest regularly with portable infrastructure. While they gain much of their diet from the pasture, they are supplemented with our organic eggs that cannot be sold (i.e. cracked, imperfect, or too small/large). They are also fed a small amount of non-GMO, soy-free, corn-free grain daily.
Red Wattles are not your "other white meat". Their meat is exceptionally dark and juicy with a rich beef like taste and texture.
Red Wattles thrive on pasture, and the meat has been winning taste tests around the country.
